You are the first person to comment on cooking oats as a potential problem. I don&#039;t rinse cut oats and likely won&#039;t do so. 

 I am sorry that you feel like I am giving people bad advice because that is not my intent. Cooking steel cut oats in the modern pressure cooker does not seem to present an issue.  I hope that things work out for you and your oats.]]></description>
